No.3 Wanghua Primary School was founded in 1958。

它是一所歷史悠久，辦學(xué)規(guī)范，有著良好的校風(fēng)、教風(fēng)和學(xué)風(fēng)的學(xué)校。

It is a school which has a long history, standard, good spirit and teaching style.

目前學(xué)校操場面積11800平方米，教學(xué)樓建筑面積3997平方米。

At present, the school has the playground area of 11800 square meters, teaching building construction area of 3997 square meters.

在辦學(xué)過程中，我們堅(jiān)持讓每一朵花都開放的思想，通過全體老師不斷探索，學(xué)校確定了“創(chuàng)辦時(shí)代期望的教育、綻放學(xué)子花樣的年華”的辦學(xué)理念，從而確立了，創(chuàng)建小而精、具特色、家長滿意度高的，凸顯書香味、花園式、現(xiàn)代化特質(zhì)的百姓身邊的優(yōu)質(zhì)學(xué)校的辦學(xué)目標(biāo)。號(hào)召每位教師都去精心呵護(hù)、培養(yǎng)每一個(gè)學(xué)生，使教育為學(xué)生發(fā)展提供有效動(dòng)力。

In the running process, we insist on a thought that every flower is a soul blossoming. We determine a teaching idea "founding era education expectations, blooming students’ figure " through all the teacher continuously explore .Thus we established a running goal that create small and exquisite, unique, parents satisfaction high, highlight book fragrance, garden, modern quality school. Call for every teacher to care, train each student, make the education development provide effective power for students.

為了更好地將學(xué)校工作有序開展，我們通過全校師生共同探索，努力，我們確立了以“花文化”為核心的校園文化體系，來引領(lǐng)學(xué)校的全面工作，并取得了較好的效果。“花”文化體系煥發(fā)學(xué)校生命力。學(xué)校的花文化體系由“花田環(huán)境、花悅課堂，花香德育、花開課程、花匠團(tuán)隊(duì)”五個(gè)部分組成。涉及到學(xué)校的教學(xué)改革、課程建設(shè)、德育活動(dòng)、教師團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、學(xué)?；A(chǔ)建設(shè)及安全等各方面工作。

學(xué)校有著規(guī)范高效的管理體系，積極運(yùn)用精細(xì)化管理理念管理學(xué)校工作。并與沈陽市七彩生活心理咨詢中心共同簽訂了“學(xué)校教職工、學(xué)生、家長心理幫扶計(jì)劃——（EAP項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃書）。還與與沈陽婚姻家庭咨詢師協(xié)會(huì)聯(lián)手，成為遼寧省遼海講壇分會(huì)場以及沈陽市社會(huì)科學(xué)普及基地，進(jìn)行“關(guān)愛農(nóng)民工子女家庭教育”專項(xiàng)推廣，提供更大更有效的家校合作的平臺(tái)。

School has a standard and efficient management system, and actively using the elaborating management idea actively to manage school work.
